Getting Started Call

Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025 1. Getting Started Call • All new clients begin with a Getting Started Call. • Kaliber Travel calls are 20 minutes ($25); Kaliber Nurse calls are 30 minutes ($35). • The fee is credited toward your package if you choose to move forward. • If you decide not to continue, the fee covers the time and expertise shared during your call. 2. Scheduling & Rescheduling • Calls must be scheduled through the official booking system. • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. • No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the booking fee. 3. Payment • The Getting Started Call fee is due at the time of booking. • For Kaliber Travel clients: full package payment is required before services are delivered. • For Kaliber Nurse clients: coaching session payments are due prior to the first scheduled session. 4. Refunds • Call fees are non-refundable but will be credited toward your first service/package if you move forward. • Refunds are not available once planning or coaching services have begun. 5. Communication • All communication will take place via email, booking platform, or scheduled calls. • Please allow up to 48 hours for responses outside of scheduled sessions. At Koi Kaliber, our goal is to make the process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. This policy protects both of us, ensuring that you get the most value out of your time and investment.
